• International Experience Canada (IEC) Participants: IEC participants who have not activated their work permits must have a valid job offer to enter Canada. However, those who have already activated their work permits and have temporarily left the country do not require a job offer to re-enter.

Only individuals providing essential services—such as truck drivers who regularly cross the border to facilitate the movement of goods—are exempt from quarantine requirements.
